Fail2ban for Domino 9 on Windows Server 2008

Is there any kind of equivalent of Fail2ban that work handle failed malicious login attempts to Domino running on Windows server 2008? What do others do? I thinking hackers trying to hack into email accounts to send spam; would be nice to auto block them after x failed login attempts.

Look at password policies in the admin help
You can set this as a domino password policy.
